Thursday Afternoon

Last night it rained hard in East Lansing for a change.  Today, the ground is very wet, soft, and muddy.  People walk in and out of the cafeteria with hoods up and heads down as the wind blows freely.  Grass that was worn down from the other day looks terribly maintained.  The pathways have accumulated mud and dirt on them from the human activity.  Students dirty shoes walk over the grass and wet ground and stain the sidewalks.  The inside of the Brody Cafe by the door is also very damp and slippery.
